sometimes you are proctoring an exam and the container of pencil shavings on a student's desk looks like a small container of teeth.

sometimes you stay home from dinner church to work on your resume/cover letter and just watch survivor and amazing race instead...

  

apparently I make good life choices...

sometimes you realize that it's been a ridiculously long time since you've posted anything and contemplate returning...

here we go...???

sometimes you have to buy the groceries for grad and the people around you look at you weird for having one costco basket full of cakes and the other full of fruit...

(and sometimes your choir sings at grad and you totally suck at playing the piano...)

sometimes you have a baby shower at work and make little play-doh babies for your mandatory game...

Sometimes you don't feel like writing report card comments and you fix your weather stripping instead...

sometimes you call your dad panicking about the noises your car is making only to realize it's probably just the duct tape you installed a month ago coming loose...

sometimes your mom takes artsy pictures with your graduation swag...

sometimes your brother lets you borrow his car...
